I had a mixed experience with Pentagon Press LTD. Some aspects were great, while others were quite disappointing. The quality of their books is excellent, with well-researched content and beautiful illustrations. However, their customer service needs improvement. I had difficulties reaching out to them and their response time was quite slow. Overall, I would rate Pentagon Press LTD as average.
