I recently attended a training session at Safety Matters Training Institute and I must say, it was an average experience. The instructor was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The material covered was thorough, however, there were moments when I felt overwhelmed with the amount of information. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
