Some time ago I was allowed to stay in the Kaboom Hotel with a friend. The price was more than fine and so was the location. We would have found it that way. As a service we got a bigger room, which was very nice! As a result, we both had our 'own' part of the room with both a double bed.
The rooms were modern with nice wallpaper on the walls and ceiling. That made it fun, but also very busy, which made it difficult for you to relax. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom also beautifully new and luxurious.
It is clear that 'people' appreciate this hotel so well because since then, when I have to be in Maastricht, it has not been possible to get a room there. But when necessary I keep trying!
