The membership at FitFocus is definitely worth it. I've been going to this gym for months now and I can see a significant improvement in my overall fitness. The trainers are professional and helpful, and the equipment is well-maintained. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the showers and locker rooms. Other than that, FitFocus is a great place to work out.
