I advise against Elektrolux products.

I advise against Elektrolux products.
I bought a built-in oven online,
after a week with the installation of the kitchen oven
was started and it turned out to be out of order.
After reporting this fact, a service technician arrived
after a week and found item damage said,
the second part will pass from the damaged part
(from service arrival and nothing) After reporting to the hotline,
a guy like an automat told me that the repair might take a while
even 30 days. To my comments that I would like to use the oven,
for which I paid he answered that the law is on his side and I do not seek anything
(I asked him to replace the defective equipment with a non-defective one) After all
this was guaranteed in the first point of the warranty conditions. What about Elektrolux ?.
