The staff at VGH today namely Matt and Jess were super friendly, PATIENT, and knowledgeable about their products, especially when it came to assisting a technically challenged, middle aged with no patience, frustrated at ATT lady. They walked me through a restore to my iPhone and I can happily say, "Thank you a job well done!"
