You do NOT want to work here unless they ve made a number of huge changes. I worked here for a number of years & I watched them disregard loyal employees, skip over people for promotions, & treat people terribly on their way out of the door voluntarily. Even their HR department has a TON of turnover. There are two ladies there running the HR department and they ve been the only consistent HR employees. Think about that: the department in charge of keeping people CANNOT KEEP PEOPLE! It had gotten so bad that they even tried to get folks not to talk about their employment experiences with the company which many people did not cooperate with!
