I had a very average experience with Bioinformatics. Their website bioinfoinc.com was easy to navigate and find information on their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not always helpful. Overall, I would say Bioinformatics is just an average company.
