I had a less than satisfactory experience with Guide One Insurance. The customer service was lacking and the claims process was unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend them to others. The website, zodrowandneighbors.com, is not user-friendly and it was frustrating trying to find the information I needed. Overall, a disappointing experience.
