SMAC to the Rescue helped us with our network issues. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, but the process took longer than anticipated. Despite the delay, they managed to fix the problem, and the quality of their work was satisfactory. I would recommend them for IT support, but with the understanding that they may not always be the fastest in resolving issues.
