I would like to say that Myer Rentals contacted me to follow up on my visit. They were courteous and gave me a discount. They also ensured me the furniture would be replaced. I appreciate the follow up and Tammy was great to deal with! I would use Meyer again as they handled the complaint promptly and to my satisfaction. Thank you!!!

Couch, chair, bed and head board ALL need replaced. It looked and felt like the furniture was bought at a garage sale. Chair is actually broken and not safe to sit in. Bed was HORRIBLE!!!!!

The condo needs overhauled as the wall corners are all torn up, chain on door is broken, holder for hair dryer but no hair dryer, towel bar was placed on wall and then moved, but can still see first placement marks. The bunk bed doors would not stay on track, needs replaced as well as the shade that is torn in bedroom.

For the amount of money we paid, we should have felt like we were staying in a nice condo, not a dorm room.

Could not put ANYTHING in the closet as it was full of linens that were not needed. Pantry and outside storage was also locked so absolutely no storage available.

There were bottle caps in the garbage disposal and no teaspoons and a few forks. Dishes were chipped and cracked.

Called Meyer asking for a Manager and was told they would call me back. No call for two days now.

View was great. Beach was great. Appliances worked. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The check in process at Myer went smoothly and customer care was good to deal with.
