I recently purchased some decor items from a website. The products were of good quality and the delivery was fast. However, I had some issues with the customer service. When I contacted them for some clarifications, they took a long time to respond and their replies were not very helpful. It was quite frustrating. Despite that, I am happy with my purchase.
