Great company to work with! My Husband and I purchased one of their new construction listings in Seattle. The builder did an amazing job designing it and putting in quality finishes. Our broker (mom needed a vacay!) was out of town for two weeks of the transaction and they were very accommodating helping with scheduling our inspector and appraiser. The entire process was seamless. Thank you for all the help!
