I've been a customer of The Pilates Centre Mosman for a while now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best pilates studios in the area. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, always making sure that I am performing the exercises correctly. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a conducive environment for a good workout. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized.
