I visited WASHINGTON DOUGH last night and had an average dining experience. The food was decent, but not outstanding. The service was okay, although the staff was a bit slow in attending to our needs. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better quality for the price. The atmosphere was pleasant, but a bit noisy. Overall, an average place for a casual meal.
