Cafe Rio used to be great service and great food. Even when the line was out the door they were set up to get people in and out. Now, their Quality and service have gone way down. If there are more than 10 people in line, plan on it taking more than 30 mins to get your food. Tonight there was only one person on the line preparing the meal from beginning to end. This is a sad state for their flag ship store. Hopefully they get things turned around. Until then I recommend going to the other TexMex places in town.
