I have been a longtime customer of the Cambridge Mill and my recent experience has not only turned me off from ever returning, but also my friends and family too. We were planning on doing a large reservation as a dinner to make up for the fact our wedding to cancelled due to Covid. As you know, Covid has created a lot of stress and uncertainty. However, the service that I received was not only rude but also unexpected from the Cambridge Mill. I had made a reservation with Tyler, who was kind. But - he had gone on vacation and as a result, I had to deal with Daniella. She was rude, unkind, unapologetic even when I had mentioned that someone hung up on me on a previous day, and aggressive. All we wanted to know was if we would be able to up our reservation list. Tyler was very easy to talk to, very kind and represented the ideal customer service that the Cambridge Mill usually bestows their customers with. Daniella, on the other hand, seemed unwilling to help given the circumstances and also made us feel as if she is going out on a limb to answer questions. She made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her and as if our service was unwanted.

I will not be returning and have to say I am very disappointed. We have brought many customers to you guys through referral and always bring our guests from other countries (so that the reputation of the mill is more known) to your restaurant.

Horrible experience.
