Living in this community managed by The Springs At Santa Rita Homeowners Association, INC has been a mixed experience. While the location and amenities are great, there have been occasional issues with maintenance and communication. However, the association has been responsive to our concerns and has taken steps to address them. Overall, it is still a pleasant place to live.
