👍 The Feldenkrais Learning Center is a gem! I've been attending their classes for a few months now and I'm amazed at how much it has improved my body awareness and movement. The instructors are caring and knowledgeable, and they truly care about the well-being of their students. The classes are thoughtfully designed and cater to people of all ages and fitness levels.
