Wish they were more accomodating and flexible. I was asked to come in last min two times and I did. One time I wanted to comeon earlier around 4 rather than 5 but apparently they can only accept appointments at a certain time. Too much waiting. This is only worth it if you have a lot of time to waste because each appointment is 2 hrs and it takes atleast 3 appointments before cleaning can even get started. I dont understand why it takes so long. Very frustrating.
