I recently used Chilltec refrigeration for some maintenance and repair work on my commercial refrigeration units. Overall, my experience with them was satisfactory. The technicians were professional and arrived on time. They diagnosed the issues quickly and efficiently, offering solutions that were within my budget. The repairs were completed within the estimated timeframe, minimizing downtime for my business. However, I did notice that the communication from the company could be improved. There were a few instances where I had to follow up with them to get updates on the progress of the job. Additionally, I feel that the pricing for the services provided was slightly higher compared to other companies I have used in the past. Nevertheless, the quality of the work was satisfactory, and I would consider using them again for future refrigeration needs.
