Terrible service on the phone- employees are dull ...

Terrible service on the phone- employees are dull and unwilling to assist or make any kind of effort. An employee gave me completely wrong directions to navigate the website and I eventually gave up without solving the problem. Unable to reach them through the phone most of the time anyway
