I recently visited the website of "Bigtreetop" and I must say, it was a decent experience. The layout and design were clean and easy to navigate. However, I found the range of products to be quite average. They had a decent selection, but nothing that truly stood out to me. The prices were also on par with similar companies in the industry.
One thing that did impress me was their customer service. I had a question and reached out via their contact form, and they responded promptly with a helpful answer. That definitely left a positive impression.
Overall, my experience with "Bigtreetop" was average. They have a reliable website and good customer service, but I was hoping for more unique and standout products. I would consider them as an option, but not necessarily my first choice.
