terrbile. Been trying to get my fiancee registered here for over 3 month's and we call today after we were told to wait a month for them to sort the paper work for her to register just for them to tell us they have lost it. my fiancee is sick and need medical attention but they just did not care. im shocked that a place could be so unorganised to loose important personal documentation no wonder they have a two star rating.
