If you are referred to this dealership from a friend or family, make an appointment at the dealership. If you call and make an appointment there is a high probability that they will not call you back. I live around the corner called in asking for questions about a regular oil lube and filter maintenance. It's taking a three-day process just to not have someone call me back. I called them back today just to get the runaround.
