I recently had the opportunity to work with this landscape company and overall, my experience was average. 😐 The website was informative and easy to navigate, which initially drew me in. However, the actual service did not quite meet my expectations. While the staff was friendly and professional, the quality of the work fell short in some areas. The landscaping design looked decent, but there were a few inconsistencies that could have been avoided. Additionally, the stone installation was average at best. Some areas were not properly leveled, leaving an uneven surface. In terms of customer service, they were responsive to my queries, but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, an average experience and I might consider exploring other options in the future.
