As a customer, I had a somewhat average experience with the architects. 😐 The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of projects showcased. However, I found the communication with the team to be a bit slow and some of my inquiries were not promptly addressed. While the portfolio was impressive, I wished for more transparency about their process and pricing. Overall, the company has potential, but there is room for improvement in their customer service. I hope to see more efficient communication and clearer information for potential clients in the future.
