I recently utilized the services of this company for some genetic research tools, and while the product quality was good and the website was easy to navigate, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. My inquiries were not addressed promptly, and I felt a bit neglected as a customer. 😕 However, the product did arrive on time and was as described, so that was a plus. Overall, my experience with the company was average. I would recommend a bit more attention to customer service to truly elevate the experience for customers.
