First time with the kids. This was supposed to be during the low crowd season and during covid and 35 percent capacity. We were crammed like sardines into the ferry and lines for rides. Lines for rides were 1 hr or more for almost every ride. How is that possible with low crowds and reservations? Is Disney lying about the crowd control? Our first ride splash mountain broke down with us on it 3 times after waiting 95 minutes in line. Two other rides that day that I went on had technical issues including Pirates of the Carribean and Haunted Mansion. Workers were quick to jump on you to pull your mask all the way up, but mechanical problems with rides and cramming us in the ride lines like sardines was no problem. Not very magical, just expensive. I was very disappointed.
