I recently used their software for my retail business and found it to be satisfactory. The features provided were helpful for managing inventory and sales. The customer support was responsive and resolved my issues in a timely manner. However, I did encounter a few glitches and the user interface could be more intuitive. It took some time to adapt to the system, and I wish the onboarding process was smoother. Overall, the software served its purpose, but there is definitely room for improvement. I hope they continue to make updates to enhance the user experience. 👍🏼
