Checked in @ 8am all fine and dandy. Then when I called three hours after checking in asking how long until I ll be getting loaded I got this response warehouse supervisor can not give an eta will call you when it s ready sure okay but I ve been sat waiting for 3 hours!! Then get a call to back into a door @ 11:40am and shortly after I back in and the first couple get loaded on another truck backs in beside me and some how is already loaded out of the door! Plus the lights don t always work to tell you if it s been finished loaded. I call to ask as the truck hadn t moved for the last 30 minutes and I get attitude again! You need to get better service and have appointment times instead of this first come first service because then you don t have to sit around waiting for your load to be made!
