The Attorney General of North Carolina and the Att...

The Attorney General of North Carolina and the Attorney General's of all the states in which XPO Last Mile Charlotte operates should be contacted about XPO's "alleged" (HA!) fraudulent practices. She paid $81 for false promises and incompetent managers.

Bennie Townsand is the Manager of the Charlotte location, and I would give him less than one star, if that were possible. Our family will NEVER purchase an appliance at a store that uses XPO again, and we will sure spread the word about XPO's "alleged" (HA!).

My mother has no clean clothes nor food as her washer/dryer and fridge are not going to be delivered today. She is too old to go to a washerette, and her family live in other areas. There are no other family members in the immediate area to assist her with supplying her with clean clothes and getting her food.

She was originally told appliances would be delivered in the morning. She got an automated call around 11am that the appliance would be delivered between 3:30-5:30. No delivery. She called them and was told there was an "emergency". Ok, a professional logistics company would plan for such contingencies. No such luck, not the professionals at XPO!!!

WOW! If my company ran our business like this...we'd be out of business.

My State's Attorney General is going to hear about XPO's "alleged" (Ha!) fraudulent and intentionally misleading business practices. As well, I encourage all defrauded customers of XPO to contact your local Attorney General offices about XPO's shameful practices. Shame on you XPO!!
