I have been a customer of BYKER, KEVIN D for several years now and their service has always been average. It is not exceptional, but it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always try to accommodate my needs. However, there have been a few instances where they were slow to respond to my inquiries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory.
