Sleep Concepts, Inc. is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I purchased a mattress from them and it was comfortable for the first few months, but then started sagging. The customer service was helpful in assisting me with the warranty claim, but it took quite some time to get a replacement.
