I was kind of scared when I walked into the clinic...

I was kind of scared when I walked into the clinic, which quickly changed, because they made me feel at ease first thing & everyone in the office had great communication skills while being professional at the same time.
They were quick with every part of my visit, like I wasn t waiting in the exam room for very long at all (which means a lot to me).
My Procedures were explained to me thoroughly so I could understand them.
