What a dump! You cannot tell where one lot ends and another begins. Upkeep is terrible. I counted 32 fire pits broken and that was just in one phase. We had reservations to stay here for 5 days and just happen to be passing through beforehand. good thing we stopped and took a look. We would have been super mad that the KOA was a better kept campground and we would have been paying almost $300 for our 5 day stay. The entire park is almost all annuals and is so run down. I am not a snob by no means but would not have stayed here if it were free. When I took pictures and sent them to customer service asking about the requirements for memberships and upkeep. they didn't even respond. The potholes were so bad I had to take my vehicle in after just a tour! save the money. The pictures are false advertisement.
