It's unfortunate that regardless of the progress an individual makes, you're constantly treated as if you're less than; or some "junkie". The majority of the staff, many nurses and even see above them, are insistent that they've heard it all before even hearing a situation. I understand, working I'm such an environment, these employees must encounter things on a daily basis, things I can't even imagine, but the rude and unprofessional, unpredictable and inconsistent behavior varies so much that I am never sure what will happen when I come for my bi-monthly appointment s. I work, probably more than the majority of the staff at this company, and I've been off street drugs for years now. I'm cycling off my medication at compdrug, the constant inconsistencies make is increasingly nerve wracking to try and ensure I'm keeping up with all of their regulations. I'll bring early work paperwork, only to be told it's not needed yet, then to return the next time and be told it's expired. I'll attempt to make a dr. Appointment or even ask a question with Shanequa, an employee that they employee as a customer service representative you can speak to about a variety of concerns when leaving, and saying she is rude is the biggest understatement. Doors are typically locked durning the hours I attend, the employees unlock them for early morning dosers going to work, she's left me outside for several minutes, telling me to wait, while I watch her visit with other employees. When I finally am graced with her attention she lets it be known that my concerns or questions are the biggest inconvenience. When I have tried to escalate the issue, I'm told she's even rude to other employees and to do my best to just avoid her. Aside from rude staff, there are rand drug screens that ce.back inaccurate, I understand this happens, but to drop a clients medication before completing a send off to ensure the drug screen was accurate or even ask the patient, the nurses will often take the takehomes and decrease the person's medication...only to find out later it was an error not of the client's doing...the list goes on and on. The only consistent thing here is the inconsistent, unpredictable and unprofessional treatment I receive on a regular occurrence. I'm thankful for the few who are human to me and others, the counselor Brandie, Danese who assists with patient services, and the few nurses who have been there.
