I had a mixed experience with Hitech grand prix limited. While some aspects of their service were great, others were not up to par. The quality of their products was good overall, but there were a few issues with my order. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it took longer than expected. I appreciate their effort, but there is room for improvement.
