I had my car inspected by a mechanic and I knew my problem is the pcv valve that needed to be replaced. So not to waste time I called all over for pricing. Everyone was around $900 and when I called you the guy told me over the phone $1100. After taking all my details and knowing my car. I dropped it on Monday morning, and expected to get the quote in the afternoon, however I called in in the afternoon and they didn t even touch the car. So I waited another day, the next day they called me at 3pm that they inspected the car and it s $2400 to replace the pcv valve. What a rip off!!
First it took 2 full day to inspect the car, then the price didn t match what they told me over phone.
Then they try to upsell me with some oil leak and charge another 3k.
I took the car to a different place and got everything fixed in $2110.
The quote I got from you was $5500. Do you own math.
I will post my honest feedback everywhere I can to save people money and I hope you guys change your ripoff habits
