Smooth check in time. room is clean and spacious. I think the hotel front desk receptionist miss out giving my kids the welcome bag. We only notice it the next day when we check out.

Service stuff in RISTORANTE ITALIANO is not as friendly and the time taken to prepare the food is very slow.

A bit disappointed on The Line breakfast, bread, waffle and even pancake is cold, bacon is burn and miss out my food order. I thought The Line standard of food should be much better then this due to the good reputation. Nethertheless waitress Ms New is friendly and very attentive to us. Great job!

Its a shame that my kids can only enter once to the water play and the booking slot is so full that we have to wait till late noon to enter.
