This was the worst dealership I have ever been to,...

This was the worst dealership I have ever been to, not only do they have horrible customer service, but the way the manager treated the Sales associated was so ridiculous it made me cancel my sale.

I went online and found a Jeep that I wanted. However, the location was further than the one right up the street from me so I decide to stop by and see if they had the same SUV in stock so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way up to the other location.

When I got there, I saw Alex who had helped me months ago when I was just shopping around. I told him I was back and this time wanted to buy the car if they had it in stock. I showed him the picture I printed out from online and said I wanted that exact Jeep for that exact price or lower.

So he went to his manager Derek Price to have him search to see if it was in stock. He came back and told me it wasn't, but they could get it from another location. However, it was going to be at a higher price because the price didn't include some Chrysler discount, which I didn't understand when I got the price from the Jeep website.

Alex wasn't sure either so he went back to Derek to find out why. All of a sudden I hear Derek yell "How many times do I have to tell you this?" then he starts going on and on about it. It was so loud I could hear it all the way across the room. He was so degrading to Alex that after about 3-5 minutes of listening to this, I finally went over there to see what the problem was.

As soon as I walked in the office Derek yells to me "Are you the customer?" and I said "Yes, what is the problem?" then he begins to explain some mumbo jumbo about how that discount was a bonus thru Chrysler and it's in the fine print. I told him that it was confusing how they put it online so I don't understand why he would be yelling about it when it's understandable how misleading this could be. He had the worst attitude about it and said he said it wasn't their fault it's misleading because it thru another dealership. I was extremely offended on he dealt with the situation that I no longer wanted the car and walked out.

Then he lied and said his name was David when I asked for his name. I don't know how Derek is a manager, but he should not be unless this is how Jeep wants people to represent their company. I would never buy a car here if people like this is working there.
