I had an average experience with Vydex corporation. The website is easy to navigate and the company offers a wide range of products. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiry and the representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory but not exceptional.
