Never do business with MetLife. My mom passed and they did not follow her requested claim payment to me as the SOLE BENEFICIARY like she requested and they recorded over and over while we were on the phone call to even start the new policy. 10 grand was forced to be split up against her wishes before she died. Yet they say they have no record. The policy was to help with all the needs right after death, and it wasn't there...such a terrible thing to do to someone in mourning... she paid for a specific service before she died....and didnt get what she paid for.. and after shes gone, MetLife treats you like dirt with their robot sarcastic phone communication. So the other siblings are just getting their cuts that they were never supose to get after a whole 8 months...Terrible service for a Widowed wife of a GM retirees family to go thru. BETTER OFF WITH HOOD INSURANCE......STAY AWAY.!
