I have been working at The Culture for over a year...

I have been working at The Culture for over a year now and I can honestly say it has been an average experience. The company has its ups and downs, but overall it's a decent place to work. The culture is inclusive and diverse, which is a big plus. However, there are some management issues that need to be addressed. Communication can be lacking at times, and there is often confusion about roles and responsibilities. The work-life balance is decent, but there are times when deadlines can be tight and things can get a bit stressful. Overall, I would rate my experience at The Culture as average.
