I had an average experience with Lotus tours. The booking process was smooth and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I felt that the tour guide was lacking in knowledge and enthusiasm. The itinerary was also not very well-planned, with too much time spent on shopping rather than exploring the attractions. Overall, the tour was decent but not exceptional.
