GOLD STANDARD. I have worked with quite a number of POS system adminstrators over the last 30 years. Never, and I do mean, NEVER, have I come across a more professional group of techies. They are available, 24/7 - and I know because I had to call them during an inventory at 4AM on a Sunday!! They are always: pleasant,willing to help, and never ticked off if you call them repeatedly.
