Ordered a Rolex and it was looked better than advertised, one of the diamonds fell out during shipping and I informed Walter and he sent me a label the same day, I sent it out and when they received it they fixed it and sent it back out the same day!! Probably the best customer service I ve ever experienced all thanks to Walter. I will definitely look to OMI jewelry first when I buy jewelry online!!
