I have Emily Varga as a property manager and I have been so happy with the support and services she has provided to me over the past year or so. Prior to having Emily, I was really struggling with the property managers that were looking after the place I was renting. I had very little support and really struggled to get into contact with them (it could take weeks of me following up before I could get a response). By the time Emily took on my property, I had a number of issues that needed to be resolved and was pretty fed up. Emily addressed all of my issues and provided an extremely high level of support to me, ensuring she was always contactable and providing the highest possible level of customer service. She has gone above and beyond and is an absolute asset to any property management company. She relieved me of so much stress and always makes me feel like I m being listened to. She actions and resolves issues as soon as possible and keeps me in the loop throughout the whole process with everything which is fantastic.
