Airport shuttle wasted an hour of my time... they ...

Airport shuttle wasted an hour of my time... they expect a visitor from out of town to know the difference from East vs West 4 Point Sheraton location, even after I had two different people tell me where to take the shuttle from. Have the driver EXPLICITLY tell you if you're going to the East or West location.
