The self-defense class at Performance Self Defense was so much fun! The instructors were fantastic and made the class enjoyable. The techniques they taught us were practical and easy to learn. I feel much more confident in my ability to protect myself now. I highly recommend Performance Self Defense to anyone interested in self-defense.
